Tomorrow I have to actually drag my butt out of bed and go somewhere. I need to take my car into the dealer to get some stuff done. I used to be a pretty fair shade tree mechanic but you can't do much of that now without the $30K piece of test equipment for fixing modern cars. They're more computers than much of anything else.
President Teddy Roosevelt dedicated this damn many moons ago. Not many computers back then.

if you think about things like the dam and how many of those have to be replaced compared to how many of our new inventions i.e. computers, digital cameras, tv's etc you have to wonder if we truly have made progress?
They are more fuel efficient, you need that when they go out of warranty to pay fr the repairs.
